Nick really wanted to me to draw an axolotl getting an eye exam and I can't say no to my favorite person. I wanted to figure out how to make the image work as a cute greeting card. My solution was to have the axolotl getting its eye exam on the front of the card, then on the inside to the left is a vision chart, but instead of random letters, it says "I can't wait to see you." On the right side, you see the axolotl in its new pair of glasses. I love it and I'm excited to send it to people before I go to their cities.
